Payment Information

  • Program cost varies depending on location and length of stay; please contact for a quote by filling out the inquiry to the left.

  • To secure placement, an $850 non-refundable deposit is required no later than 45 days prior to the program start date. This deposit initiates the matching process and is applied toward the total program cost.

    Once the host match is confirmed, you will receive a Host Welcome Packet (typically within 1–2 weeks). This includes:

    • Host teacher and family profiles

    • Photos

    • Home environment and neighborhood details

    • Transportation information

    • Contact details for direct communication

    Upon receipt, you have 72 hours to approve or decline the proposed placement. If approved, we move forward. If not, we re-match promptly.

    You are encouraged to begin communication with your host to schedule pre-arrival online sessions so your child starts with momentum. Approximately 1–2 weeks before arrival, your host teacher will schedule a Zoom meet-and-greet to address any last questions and assess your child’s learning needs.

    Travel details must be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival to coordinate airport pickup and ensure a smooth arrival.

    The remaining balance is due 30 days before the program start date.

    • 28+ days before arrival: $250 cancellation fee

    • 27 days to 7 days before arrival:50% of total program cost is non-refundable

    • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total program cost is non-refundable
